Job summary

Glamox ASA in Oslo seeks a curious, structured master's student to join the Group QHSE team at our HQ in Oslo (Skøyen) for an entry-level internship designed to fit alongside studies, with approximately 1–2 days per week during the semester and flexibility around exams.

You will support the development of Glamox’s group-wide Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems, gaining hands-on experience with real processes, ISO standards, documentation, data and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master's program with strong academic results.
• Interest in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management and tools.
• Experience with new technologies such as AI is a plus; eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of the business process model across Glamox.
• Participate in business process mapping, documenting and visualizing workflows across functions and units.
• Assist in maintenance and development of QHSE tools including data quality and reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance of the group-level document management system.
• Track quality performance indicators and identify trends for product quality improvement.
• Follow up Health and Safety cases, near-misses and corrective actions.
• Prepare QHSE reporting, dashboards and status updates for management.
• Assist in annual audit plan preparation and follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders across units, functions and geographies.

Glamox, an international industrial group headquartered in Oslo and a global provider of lighting solutions, is looking for a curious, structured and detail-oriented student to join our Group QHSE team at our HQ in Oslo (Skøyen).

You’ll support the development of Glamox’s group-wide Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems, gaining hands‑on experience with real processes, ISO standards, documentation, data and improvement initiatives across an international industrial group. You’ll work closely with colleagues across functions and locations, seeing how QHSE connects the full business chain from suppliers and production to customers and sustainability.

What you'll do

• Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of the business process model across Glamox.

• Take part in business process mapping, documenting and visualizing workflows across functions and business units.

• Assist in the maintenance and further development of established Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental tools, including user administration, data quality and reporting.

• Coordinate maintenance of the group-level document management system, ensuring documentation is structured, accessible and kept up to date.

• Track quality performance indicators and identify trends that feed back into product quality improvement.

• Follow up Health and Safety cases, near‑misses and corrective actions reported across business units.

• Prepare QHSE reporting, dashboards and status updates for management and relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in the preparation and follow‑up of the annual audit plan.

• Coordinate cross‑functionally with stakeholders across business units, functions and geographies to support alignment on QHSE matters.

Who you are

• Currently enrolled in a master's program in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Project Management, QHSE, or a related field, with strong academic results so far.

• Interest in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management, including curiosity and engagement to support the development and adoption of QHSE tools across the team.

• Experience using new technologies such as AI is a plus, along with curiosity to explore new approaches and tools that can improve how we work.

• Structured and analytical mindset while also being comfortable taking initiative to drive progress of deliverables.

• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint are a plus, but what's more important is the desire to learn.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably a Scandinavian language.
