Job summary

Blue Moon Metals Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager for the Nussir Processing Plant. The role covers both construction and operations, ensuring QA/QC systems, documentation, and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include establishing QMP/ITPs, managing NCRs, coordinating inspections, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires a strong project and site leadership presence and coordination with contractors and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, Mineral Processing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional designation (P.Eng. or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Quality Management System for construction and operations.
• Establish QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and documentation control.
• Review engineering deliverables for compliance with specs and standards.
• Oversee NCRs, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate third-party inspections and audits; ensure traceability.
• Lead QA/QC team and liaise with EPCM, vendors, regulators.
