Blue Moon Metals Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC across construction and operations of a mineral processing plant.

The role manages QA/QC programs for EPCM activities, ensures compliance with specifications, and drives continuous improvement and data-driven quality management. The successful candidate will guide laboratory QA/QC, metallurgical accounting, and process control, while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and regulators to uphold safety

Formación

• 10+ years of QA/QC in mining or mineral processing.
• Experience in both plant construction and operations is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in EPC/EPCM project environments.
• Strong background in process plant systems (crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering, etc.)
• Experience with laboratory QA/QC and metallurgical accounting is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) for the construction phase.
• Establish QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and documentation systems; review deliverables for compliance.
• Oversee inspection and testing of structural, mechanical, piping, electrical installations, and process equipment.
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and root cause analyses; coordinate third‑party inspections.
• Develop and maintain the Operational Quality Management System (QMS) for operations.
