Job summary

Digital Fans in Oslo seeks a content publishing specialist to ensure high-quality product content across Nordic markets through structured publishing, localisation, and quality assurance. The role is based in Oslo with a hybrid setup.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate content into Nordic languages, and drive improvements in workflows and tooling while maintaining accuracy and consistency in product information.

Qualifications

• Must have education in e-commerce/marketing/communication.
• Fluency in English; at least one Nordic language.
• Experience with content/product information or online retail is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create, adapt, and publish product content across markets.
• Localize and translate content into Nordic languages (AI-assisted where applicable).
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information.
• Follow defined workflows, templates, and guidelines.
• Perform quality checks before and after publishing.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to workflow, tooling, and efficiency improvements.
• Adapt to changes in structures, workflows, priorities, and tools.
• Take initiative and address potential issues before escalation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, adapt, and publish product content across markets
• Localize and translate content into Nordic languages (AI-supported where applicable)
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information
• Follow defined workflows, templates, and guidelines
• Perform quality checks before and after publishing
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvements in workflows, tools, and efficiency
• Adapt to changes in structures, workflows, priorities, and tools
• Act proactively by taking initiative, picking up tasks, and addressing potential issues before they escalat

Profile

• Relevant education within e-commerce, marketing, communication, or similar
• Interest in digital content, product information, and online retail
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in structured processes
• Comfortable working with digital tools (CMS/PIM experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• Fluent in English and Danish
• Interest in AI tools and how they can be used to improve content creation and workflows
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Language Skills

All applicants must be fluent in English, as English is our company’s common working language.
In addition, applicants must be fluent in at least one Nordic language: Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian.

Work location

The role is based in Oslo but with a hybrid working set-up.

Salary range

NOK 400,000–450,000 per year

Employment terms

Full-time, fixed-term employment for 9 months

As soon as possible
