Job summary

IKM in Stavanger, Norway, seeks an experienced PSV Technician for an offshore assignment requiring travel to offshore installations. You will perform inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of Pressure Safety Valves, troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain accurate records.

The role is full-time, based in Stavanger with offshore travel, and spans 04/01/2027 to 30/06/2027. Candidates should hold relevant mechanical maintenance certification and demonstrate strong safety protocol

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PSV Technician, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation and trust.
• Strong offshore safety knowledge and work environment understanding.
• Relevant technical certification in mechanical maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

Required expertise

• Proven experience as a PSV Technician, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and trust.
• Strong understanding of offshore safety protocols and work environments.
• Familiarity with Valhall or similar offshore installations is highly desirable.
• Relevant technical certification in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
