Project Manager (Civils & Structures) | Data Centre Construction – Norway

We’re looking to speak with experienced Project Managers (Civils & Structures) who want to take ownership of delivering complex hyperscale data centre projects in Norway.
Whether you’re already working within data centres or have delivered major pharmaceutical, hospital, industrial, or large‑scale commercial projects, we’d like to hear from you.
The Role
As Project Manager (Civils & Structures), you will:
- Lead the delivery of civil and structural packages from early works through to completion.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring programme, safety, and quality compliance.
- Oversee groundworks, foundations, superstructure, and architectural elements, coordinating closely with MEP trades.
- Act as the key interface between clients, consultants, and Tier 1 contractors.
- Drive project governance, reporting, and risk management processes.
- Ensure all works meet mission‑critical standards for reliability, sequencing, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle management of civils and structures packages.
- Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Implementation of site governance, risk management, and safety culture.
- Quality assurance and compliance with international construction standards.
- Budget oversight and reporting to senior management.
Requirements
We’re interested in professionals with:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large‑scale civil and structural projects.
- Background in data centre construction or other mission‑critical facilities.
- Experience in pharmaceutical builds, hospital construction, industrial factories, or large commercial developments.
- Strong knowledge of civils and structures delivery, including groundworks, superstructure, and fit‑out.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large site teams and multiple subcontractors.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows, Eurocodes, and international construction standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
