Job summary

TM Green Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead CSA works on a high-profile data centre project in Norway. You will oversee civil, structural, and architectural interfaces, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and top-quality outcomes.

You will manage subcontractors and site teams, uphold safety standards, report to stakeholders, and drive quality assurance, programme management, and client satisfaction across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Construction Manager on large-scale industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Ability to lead and motivate site teams while maintaining excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

The Role:

• Oversee the CSA aspects of a cutting-edge data centre project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with project stakeholders, reporting on progress and resolving any challenges that arise.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality control, program management, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale industrial, commercial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management principles.

• Experience working on data centre projects is highly desirable.
