Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Norway site-based role delivering major construction and civil engineering projects. This senior position offers genuine ownership of the project, close collaboration with the Project Director, client and design consultants, and long-term progression

Are you a Senior Project Manager with experience delivering major construction, civil engineering or mission-critical projects?

Join an established international main contractor delivering one of Norway’s largest and most technically complex construction developments. You will take responsibility for project delivery, leading site teams and specialist subcontractors while ensuring the works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

This is a senior site-based position offering genuine ownership of the project. You will work closely with the Project Director, client, design consultants and commercial team to manage the works from pre-construction and mobilisation through to completion and handover.

The company has a strong international pipeline across Norway and Europe, providing long-term opportunities to progress towards Project Director and regional leadership positions.

Your Role as a Senior Project Manager Will Include:

• Taking responsibility for the successful delivery of major construction packages
• Leading construction managers, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
• Managing the programme, budget, quality and overall project performance
• Coordinating closely with the client, consultants, design team and commercial department

As a Senior Project Manager, You Will Have:

• Senior-level project management experience within construction or civil engineering
• Experience delivering large-scale and technically complex projects
• A strong understanding of construction programmes, commercial management and site delivery
• A degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience working in Norway or a good understanding of Norwegian construction standards is advantageous
• The right to work in Norway or the EU/EEA
• The flexibility to work full-time on site
