Equinor in Norway is seeking a Production Engineer to analyze and optimize production and wells across subsurface value chains. You will integrate subsurface and topside data to enhance well completion solutions, identify interventions, and manage projects across the full life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree to be completed by August 2027.
• Fields include Reservoir or Production Technology and related disciplines.
• Relevant software competence and ability to learn new tools.
• Programming capabilities (Python, JavaScript) are an advantage.
• Max three years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Operational experience on field development projects is a plus.
• Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) and good English.
• Willingness to live and work from Harstad.
