Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline with degree by Aug 2027.
• Relevant software competence and ability to learn new tools.
• Programming (Python, JavaScript) capabilities are an advantage.
• Up to three years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Operational experience from field development projects is advantageous.
• Innovative, digital mindset and eagerness to learn and develop.
• Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) and good English communication.

• Daily production and energy optimization, well monitoring and performance.
• Operational planning and multidisciplinary team follow-up.
• Well maturation and interventions.
• Production input to field development projects.
