Job summary

WK Kellogg Co is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Mexicali Plant. You will supervise and coordinate the activities of a production team, set priorities for task completion, and coordinate with other supervisors to drive performance and safety.

You will lead across shifts, mentor staff, maintain production records, and collaborate with maintenance for repairs. Strong English, a engineering degree, and SAP/DLX experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication with SAP/DLX experience preferred.
• Conversational English skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of a support, production or operations, logistics or warehouse team. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
• Lead across assigned areas or shifts and work within a team structure including crewing efforts, paying employees, providing feedback on performance, recommendations for employee selection.
• Conduct management and corrective action while maintaining a positive employee environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with maintenance for repairs.
• Lead and develop production team members through coaching and training.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
