Job summary

KRUSH TECH AS is seeking a Shift Leader to join our growing production team in Norway. This hands-on role focuses on leading the day-to-day shift operations on the production floor, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output while supporting a diverse team.

The ideal candidate has electronics production experience, leadership background, and the ability to read technical drawings. Strong English and Ukrainian language skills are required, with Norwegian or other languages considered an

Qualifications

• Experience from electronics production, assembly, manufacturing or technical production.
• Experience leading people, coordinating work, or taking responsibility for a team.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
• Good English and Ukrainian language skills.
• Norwegian or other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the production team during your shift.
• Organise daily tasks and distribute work according to production priorities.
• Ensure production plans and deadlines are followed.
• Monitor quality and address issues when they occur.
• Support employees with technical and practical questions.
• Train and guide new team members.
• Ensure work instructions, safety procedures and quality requirements are followed.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Communicate production status, issues and priorities to the Production Manager.
• Support troubleshooting on the production floor.
• Keep the workplace organised and maintain 5S standards.
• Report deviations and production issues.
