Qualifications

• Several years of proven experience in the seed industry or seed production.
• Demonstrated experience in leading leaders and managing complex organizational structures.
• Proven leadership strength, combining reliability, empathy, and the ability to lead teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams in Seed Production, Production Consultancy, and Logistics.
• Steer production activities and performance by industry indicators.
• Manage budget and mid-term planning, including negotiations with external partners.
