Roman Kushnaryov is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering vertical (Process Engineers, Maintenance, Automation) and drive technical efficiency, operational stability, and continuous development of engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic engineering leader with experience managing teams and delivering complex industrial projects, capable of combining technical expertise with operational performance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of engineering team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineering activities in production.
• Ensure technical support for manufacturing processes and equipment reliability.
• Lead modernization projects, line launches, and CAPEX initiatives.
• Collaborate with contractors and equipment suppliers.
• Analyze losses, downtime, and defects; drive optimization and automation.
• Develop the engineering team with KPIs and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineering activities in production
• Ensure technical support for manufacturing processes and equipment reliability
• Lead engineering projects (modernization, new line launches, CAPEX initiatives)
• Cooperate with contractors and equipment suppliers
• Analyze production losses, downtime, and defects; implement optimization and automation solutions
• Build and develop the engineering team (KPIs, feedback, performance management)
• Ensure compliance with technical, industrial, and safety standards

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or related)
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience
• At least 3 years of engineering team leadership
• Experience delivering CAPEX projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management
• Lean / TPM / Six Sigma knowledge
• Experience with CAD / CMMS / ERP systems
