You are an assertive communicator who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, yet you know how to build strong partnerships.

If this sounds like you, we want you on our team!

About the Role

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our applications.

You will be responsible for understanding market needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions that align with our business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

One of your biggest and most exciting challenges will be successfully juggling multiple balls across this diverse portfolio.

You’ll be the main point of contact towards our development and technical teams, currently consisting of both external and internal resources.

In this role, you will be part of a larger, collaborative Product Management team consisting of 14 other Product Owners, reporting directly to the Manager Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap Management: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities. Communicate the roadmap effectively to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Work closely with customers, sales, delivery- and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear and actionable product specifications. Create detailed product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, delivery/consultancy, and customer support, to drive the successful development and launch of new products and features. Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Product Development Oversight: Provide guidance and direction to development teams throughout the product development process. Monitor progress, address challenges, and make data-driven decisions to ensure timely and successful product releases.

User Experience (UX) Optimization: Champion the user experience by working closely with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.

Product Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics and conduct regular analysis to evaluate the success of product launches and feature enhancements. Use insights gained to iterate on product strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation, as well as potential threats to the company's competitive position.

About you

You are structured, analytical, and highly accurate.

As a social and communicative colleague, you thrive in an environment that grants you a high degree of ownership and responsibility.

You stand firmly in your shoes, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and are adaptive to change.

With your expertise, you easily translate customer desires into features that not only fulfill a need but add true value to the applications.

Education & Think Level: Bachelor’s degree working and thinking level.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.

Methodology: Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills; you have a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for various audiences.

Affinity: A strong affinity with IT and a genuine interest or experience in the Archiving/Document management domain.
