Job summary

Norwegian Hull Club in Bergen is seeking a Digital Business Advisor - Product Lead to shape the future of our digital products and processes. You will lead one or more digital products with a cross‑functional team of business experts, designers, developers and stakeholders.

You will collaborate across the organisation, including our IT subsidiary Instech Solutions, to deliver meaningful business and user value; the role reports to Head of Digital Business Development.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Lead/PO/PM/BA with digital products.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability defining product vision, roadmaps, priorities and objectives.
• Solid understanding of agile product development principles.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience from insurance, financial services, consultancies, maritime industries—advantage.

About the role

As a Digital Business Advisor - Product Lead, you will help Norwegian Hull Club continuously improve how we work, serve our clients and develop digital solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as Product Lead for our digital products. Working together with a cross-functional team consisting of business experts, designers, developers and stakeholders, you will guide a product's direction and ensure it delivers meaningful business and user value.

In addition, you will contribute to identifying and driving improvement opportunities across the organisation through process improvements, change initiatives and selected projects.

This position reports to the Head of Digital Business Development.

ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:

Lead one or more of Norwegian Hull Club's digital products as Product Lead;

Develop and refine the product vision, strategy and roadmap;

Engage with users and stakeholders to understand needs, challenges and opportunities;

Prioritise initiatives based on business value, user impact and strategic alignment;

Facilitate collaboration between business and technology teams;

Drive product discovery, experimentation and continuous improvement activities;

Identify opportunities to improve processes, products and ways of working across the organisation;

Support and lead selected change initiatives and projects when needed;

Contribute to the development of product management, prioritization and improvement practices across Norwegian Hull Club;

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments and functions.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

Experience as a Product Lead, Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst working closely with digital products;

Know-how from working with digital products and cross-functional development teams;

Proven experience defining product vision, roadmaps, priorities and objectives;

A solid understanding of agile product development principles and methodologies;

Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder discussions and prioritisation processes;

A background in identifying and driving business improvements through digital solutions, process improvements or change initiatives;

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;

Experience from insurance, financial services, consultancies, maritime industries - or other complex business environments - is considered an advantage.
