Job summary

Elkem ASA seeks a Microsoft 365 expert to lead the Collaboration domain within the Modern Workspace team. You will drive governance, security, and adoption across Elkems global operations, shaping the digital workplace with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Copilot Studio.

You will develop roadmaps, advise stakeholders on new capabilities, provide training, and ensure high-quality service delivery through coordinated support and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience with SharePoint Online and other M365 technologies in enterprise environments.
• Solid experience with IT support management, preferably from a global company.
• Experience and understanding of UX and EX requirements.
• Fluent communication in English and Scandinavian.
• Experience with enterprise design, documentation and implementation of solutions including SharePoint architecture and migrations, Copilot and Graph.

• Drive governance, security, compliance and best practices across collaboration and productivity services.
• Define technology roadmaps and advise stakeholders on new Microsoft 365 capabilities and opportunities.
• Lead adoption, training and user enablement to improve the employee digital workplace experience.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery through support coordination, continuous improvement and process automation.
• Coordinate technical priorities and work closely with internal teams, external partners and key business stakeholders.

Right now, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 expert who can lead the Collaboration subject across Elkem.By joining the Modern Workspace team, you will have the opportunity to be the collaboration technical team lead and:

Qualifications required for the position:
