Job summary

ACL, a leading technology solutions company with over 30 years of experience in LATAM, is seeking an Oracle OSS/BSS Technical Lead in Norway. You will drive complex telecom solutions, lead engineering teams, and own architecture for provisioning, order management, activation and billing.

The role demands strong English, hands-on leadership, and deep OSS/BSS knowledge; you will coordinate with clients and vendors, manage incidents, and produce scalable documentation while embracing a hybrid work

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
3+ years of hands-on technical leadership in IT/telecom.
Deep OSS/BSS, BRM, provisioning, ordering and billing knowledge.
Proficiency with Linux/Unix, Windows, Kubernetes and observability stacks.

Responsibilities

Lead Technical Coordination & Architecture for OSS/BSS solutions.
Oversee L1–L3 incident management and 24/7 escalation activities.
Analyze platform KPIs and perform preventive maintenance.
Manage tickets with My Oracle Support for clients and coordinate maintenance windows.
Produce high-quality technical documentation and deployment guides.
