Job summary

Stryker Group in the Oslo region is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive growth in trauma solutions, collaborating with surgeons and hospital teams to deliver patient impact and business results.

You will conduct product demonstrations, provide clinical support in operating rooms, manage orders, and participate in congresses to expand market presence. Fluent Norwegian and English, plus a bachelor’s degree, are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting new customers within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain partnerships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams to ensure account retention and expansion.
• Execute territory plans, manage pipeline activity, and conduct negotiations to achieve defined sales targets.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to support adoption and correct product usage.
• Provide clinical support in operating rooms to ensure safe and effective application of trauma solutions.
• Manage order processing, track deliveries, and execute timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the organization at congresses and industry events to generate leads and expand market presence.
• Collaborate across teams to identify and execute cross‑division opportunities.
