Accenture is seeking a driven Strategy Consultant for its CFO & Enterprise Value team in Oslo, Norway. You will lead finance transformation, operating model design, budgeting and forecasting, and automation initiatives including RPA and AI, while ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, Norwegian fluency, and strong English communication skills, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with excellent academic performance in a relevant field.
• Strategy/management consulting experience related to CFO agenda.
• Experience with finance transformation and enterprise performance management.
• Exposure to value realization, zero-based budgeting or platform transformations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic finance operations and enterprise performance management.
• Design integrated operating models and shared service centers.
• Lead finance platform transformation and organizational restructuring.
• Develop budgeting, planning and forecasting processes.
• Drive finance process development, optimization and performance management.
• Lead automation projects including RPA/AI and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support business development and client delivering outcomes.
