ITProposal in Norway is seeking a Level 2 Onsite System Engineer to support EUC and Data Centre environments in a 24x7 operational setting. The role requires hands-on onsite work in Tydal and dispatch-based tasks to resolve issues efficiently.

The candidate will provide Level 2 onsite IT support, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers, and ensure timely resolutions. Strong English communication is essential for end-user interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in L2 IT support or desktop support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Experience providing onsite and dispatch-based IT support.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to provide onsite coverage in Tydal, Norway.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 onsite IT support and dispatch-based technical assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve printer-related problems.
• Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Respond to service requests in accordance with the Next Business Day (NBD) SLA.
• Complete onsite visits based on the required service duration, including 2-hour, half-day, and full-day assignments.
• Maintain clear communication and provide updates on completed support activities.
