Job summary
Teceze is seeking a skilled L2 onsite EUC/desktop support specialist in Bergen to assist end users with Windows OS, devices, and peripheral issues. You will diagnose hardware and software incidents, support laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and printers, and assist with device setup and asset management.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting network and VPN, supporting Microsoft 365 apps, handling user accounts, and maintaining timely incident documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience providing L2 onsite EUC/desktop support to end users.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving Windows OS, desktop, laptop and peripheral issues.
- Familiarity with device setup, configuration and basic asset management.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 onsite EUC/desktop support to end users.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
- Support laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers and other peripherals.
- Perform device setup, configuration, installation, replacement, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN and basic LAN issues.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook/Teams/OneDrive.
- Handle user accounts and access-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
- Maintain incident/ticket documentation and provide status updates.
- Coordinate with remote teams for escalations.
- Ensure onsite activities meet SLAs and quality standards.
