Job summary

Vinted is seeking an IT Hardware specialist to manage end-to-end hardware lifecycle across our European warehouse locations. You will ensure equipment like printers, scanners, and servers stay operational and support cross-team needs with a strong focus on on-site delivery.

You will travel across France and Europe, with priority to Breda/Netherlands sites, working closely with engineers, vendors, and internal customers to optimize IT infrastructure and services for a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IT hardware and software.
• Basic knowledge in Networks (WiFi, LAN).
• Experience with logistics warehouse IT infrastructure is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across France and Europe for business needs.
• Located near Marseille area, position is mostly on site.
• ITIL knowledge or certification is beneficial.
• Experience working with vendors and stakeholders.
• Willing to help colleagues with IT issues.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and support growth.
• Good written and spoken English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of IT hardware equipment across Vinted Go locations in NL and Europe: procurement, replacement, repairs, disposal.
• Ensure warehouse IT equipment and services (printers, scanners, AV equipment, etc.) are operational.
• Support colleagues via ticketing system and internal tools on hardware topics.
• Collaborate to build roadmaps for your area.
• Create processes to improve efficiency and automate dull work.
• Handle daily operations and time for knowledge management and documentation.
• Co-create with teams and suppliers to improve services and implement solutions.
