Job summary

Vinted is seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer to own maintenance for the MRS1 cross-belt sorter and other automated equipment in our Oslo-area warehouse. You will manage maintenance planning, spare parts, safety, and supplier escalations, collaborating with OEMs and internal teams on FAT/SAT, ramp-up, and continuous improvements.

Fluent English, a relevant engineering degree and 3–5 years in automated environments are expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent proven experience in automation or industrial engineering.
• 3–5 years in a highly automated maintenance/automation role is preferred.
• Fluent English; French is a plus and OEM collaboration experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Represent Maintenance in all phases of new equipment projects, including FAT, SAT, commissioning and ramp‑up.
• Build and maintain the equipment technical file and CMMS asset hierarchy.
• Define and verify maintenance acceptance criteria; ensure sign‑off before handover.
• Drive spare‑parts strategy, lead time analysis and supplier qualification.
• Manage escalations with OEMs and integrators, and track warranty issues.
• Provide training and technical support to on-site teams and act as Level-2/3 expert.
