Job summary

Ohdoki, an Oslo-born pleasure-tech company, is hiring an E-commerce Manager to own on-site revenue and day-to-day store operations. You’ll drive growth for a global B2C hardware brand with 200k+ units sold and expanding markets.

You will report to the Head of B2C and collaborate with traffic, CRM, creative and tech to shape strategy and execution. English language and Oslo location are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations and WooCommerce.
• Track record of spotting low-hanging fruit and shipping it while scaling existing wins.
• Decisions driven by KPIs; own a scorecard instead of watching one.
• Speed with QA: deliver fast without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Run store day-to-day: site hygiene, content accuracy, incident triage, QA.
• Own metrics: conversion rate, AOV, revenue per session, merchandising.
• Build and maintain product pages, collections, bundles, on-site search, navigation.
• Plan and QA every campaign and promo launch.
• Run CRO/merch backlog with clear owners and ETAs.
• Collaborate with traffic, CRM, creative and tech.
