Job summary

Oliviers & Co Norway seeks a Retail Manager to oversee company-owned boutiques in Norway and grow online sales. You will coordinate local teams, work with the France HQ, and report to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities include driving sales growth, optimizing the Norwegian online store, and strengthening the retail network. You will manage HR for three boutiques, collaborate with marketing, and ensure smooth supply chain operations with suppliers and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• Norwegian language knowledge preferred.
• Experience in team management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability across Norway boutiques and online store.
• Develop and optimize online sales and expand the Norwegian retail network.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to grow brand awareness and sales in Norway.
• Lead local retail teams and HR responsibilities for all boutiques.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient supply chain.
• Monitor weekly/monthly performance and implement improvement actions.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and resource allocation to achieve targets.
