Job summary

Ohdoki in Oslo is seeking the first end-to-end supply chain lead for our fast‑growing hardware business. You’ll own production planning, OEM/ODM relationships, logistics, and compliance across EU, US, UK and APAC, shaping how the department scales with new SKUs and markets.

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll build processes, select ERP/WMS, and drive 3PL/4PL performance and dropshipping partnerships, while keeping stock, costs, and regulatory hurdles under control.

Qualifications

• Experience running global supply chain for consumer products.
• Experience managing OEM/ODM factory relationships.
• Strong knowledge of cross-border compliance (CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, GPSR, UKCA).
• Experience running 3PL/4PL and warehouse operations across the EU and US.
• Proven track record leading ERP/WMS rollouts in lean teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan production with factories using forecasted demand.
• Own OEM/ODM relationships and negotiate with suppliers.
• Manage 3PL/4PL and warehouses across markets.
• Lead ERP/WMS rollout and warehouse launches.
• Drive compliance across EU, US, UK, and APAC.
