Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Windows Desktop support experience.
• Proficient with Windows OS, AD and Office 365.
• Experience with Helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle Incidents and Service Requests and near desk support.
• Provide services to End Users, covering devices and collaboration tools.
• Support End User Devices including workstations, laptops and tablets.
• Support collaboration devices and video conferencing hardware.
• Manage network-attached devices like printers and scanners.
• Perform daily health checks on End User and network devices.
• Provide meeting room support and deskside service per standards.
