Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years in Field Services / Onsite Support Services.
• Experience with PC/Mobile hardware hand-on support and room/event support.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365 environments.
• Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, OPK, PXE, DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Bulk refreshes and smarthands support (GLOPAS).
• Refresh PC support with individual users.
• Laptop configuration for new starters.
• Assist with driver updates, patching, and firmware.
• Assist users in adopting new technologies (quarterly sessions).
• SCCM & OS troubleshooting.
