YINSON RENEWABLES AS in Oslo is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing for offshore units across multiple countries. You will place orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure all certificates and service reports are properly documented.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and verbal.
• Experience with ERP systems such as IFS is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Place and follow up all orders until delivery on board based on approved requisitions.
• Follow up repair orders with Technical Superintendent and stakeholders.
• Collect and file certificates and service reports related to POs.
• Record confirmations of receipt of goods from offshore units.
• Verify invoices against orders and update purchasing system.
