Job summary

Yinson Production AS is seeking a Procurement Officer in Oslo to support a fleet of FPSOs with daily procurement and logistics activities. The role focuses on placing and following up orders until delivery, with an emphasis on supplier onboarding and ensuring compliance with company requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, fluency in Norwegian and English, and familiarity with ERP systems (IFS preferred). Travel may be required as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with IFS or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Place and follow up all orders until delivery on board based on approved requisitions.
• Follow up repair orders with Technical Superintendent and stakeholders.
• Collect, file and forward certificates and service reports for POs.
