Job summary

Yinson Production AS in Oslo seeks an Operations Engineer to join the Oslo Operations team. You will follow designated FPSOs, support onshore management, and lead projects from planning through execution.

Regular interaction with clients, vendors and offshore teams is required, with travel to offshore locations and other global sites. The role offers broad exposure to FPSO operations, mobility across the fleet, and a lean organisation with clear lines of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent seagoing experience.
• Strong professional English, written and spoken.
• Willingness and ability to undertake international and offshore travel.

Responsibilities

• Technical and operational follow-up of designated FPSOs.
• Delivery of delegated projects including scope, budget and execution.
• Support onshore management and coordinate with offshore operations, clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in risk assessments and Emergency Response Team as required.
• Travel internationally and offshore as required.
