Job summary

Omega 365 Consulting seeks an OCTG Planner to ensure timely OCTG material availability for drilling and well operations, requiring strong process knowledge, strategic inventory planning and accurate reporting.

You will coordinate planning with stakeholders, manage demand entries in Excel, prepare and distribute RFPs, and oversee supplier feedback, requisitions, and progress tracking, interfacing with Wells, PFMs, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within contracting work.
• Good communication skills (written and oral), in English and/or Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning schedules with all involved stakeholders, ensuring adherence to deadlines and planning cycles.
• Register new demand entries in the Excel control spreadsheet for tracking and visibility.
• Prepare and issue Request for Production (RFP) templates, share internally and organize quality control meetings.
• Send finalized RFP to suppliers and manage RFP processing, including feedback and changes.
• Generate purchase requisitions based on approved RFPs and monitor production progress with suppliers.
