Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an OCTG Planner in Florø, Norway, on a fixed-term contract from 01.11.2026 to 30.08.2027. The role focuses on ensuring timely OCTG material availability to support drilling and well operations, with emphasis on planning, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.

You will engage with Wells, PFMs, and logistics teams to manage demand, create SAP entries, and drive procurement activities through RFP processes and supplier follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience with OCTG planning and material availability in oil & gas operations.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relations and procurement processes.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills for tracking planning cycles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely availability of OCTG materials for drilling and well operations.
• Coordinate planning schedules with stakeholders and register demand entries.
• Create new SAP material numbers for out-of-contract materials.
• Prepare and issue RFPs, gather supplier feedback, and ensure smooth information flow.
• Generate purchase requisitions and monitor production progress with suppliers.
