Job summary

Head Energy is seeking an OCTG Planner to coordinate planning schedules and demand, register entries in Excel, and manage RFPs with suppliers. You will monitor progress, schedule reviews, and ensure timely procurement while interfacing with Wells teams and logistics.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor or Master in a related field, have 5+ years in contracting, and communicate well in English or Norwegian. Permanent or project roles with strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within contracting work.
• Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and/or Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning schedules with stakeholders and ensure deadlines.
• Register new demand entries in the Excel control spreadsheet.
• Prepare and organize RFP templates and quality control meetings.
• Send finalized RFPs to suppliers and manage processing.
• Confirm RFP acceptance and ensure smooth information flow.
• Generate purchase requisitions from approved RFPs.
• Monitor production progress and follow up with suppliers.
• Track material readiness with suppliers and logistics.
• Oversee development and maintenance of the planning tool.
• Interface with Wells, PFMs, logistics, and suppliers.
• Schedule meetings for year-round production and RFP follow-ups.
