Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is remote in Greece with Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts depending on the project.

You will provide customer support via phone, email and chat, handle orders, payments and returns, and maintain CRM records. Norwegian at C1/C2 and English at B2–C1 are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian
• B2–C1 level of English, depending on the project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalation complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
