WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. This fully remote role in Greece offers flexible schedule and onboarding.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, process orders, and maintain CRM records. The position requires Norwegian (C1/C2) and English (B2-C1), plus strong communication in a fast-paced environment; relocation support is included.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian
• B2–C1 level of English, depending on the project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
