The position requires Norwegian at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, plus strong communication skills and CRM familiarity. Responsibilities include support via phone, email, and chat, handling orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns, plus CRM updates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
