WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is remote within Greece, with a complete relocation package and paid training. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with orders, payments, deliveries, and returns.

Requirements include Norwegian at C1/C2 and English at B2-C1, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level Norwegian required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
