Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote in Greece with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential weekend shifts depending on project needs.

You will provide multi-channel customer support (phone, email, chat), handle orders, payments, deliveries, and returns, and maintain CRM records. Strong Norwegian (C1/C2) and English (B2–C1) are required, with good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Norwegian at C1/C2 level is required.
• B2–C1 level of English depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
