Job summary

Euronext Corporate Solutions, with Admincontrol at the core, seeks a Country Manager for Norway to own the commercial agenda and lead the local organisation. You will translate group priorities into focused local execution, driving growth, retention and profitability.

Lead a cross-functional team, manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and ensure governance and compliant operations while expanding market presence in Norway.

Qualifications

• Experience leading within SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and growth.
• Ability to scale teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Norwegian market strategy aligned with group objectives.
• Own annual business plans, revenue targets, budget and growth initiatives.
• Drive sustainable, profitable growth across Euronext Corporate Solutions and Admincontrol.
• Manage full revenue equation including ARR, expansion ARR, cross-sell and retention.
• Build scalable growth strategies for existing and new customer segments.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing commercial organisation.
• Represent the company in Norway and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop partnerships to support growth and market penetration.
• Translate market and customer insights into product, marketing and leadership input.
• Maintain governance and regulatory compliance while growing the business.
