Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to lead a 24/7/365 team overseeing critical data center monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure operations at our Glomfjord facility in Norway.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on guidance to detect, communicate, and resolve high-severity incidents, ensuring uptime, security, and reliability of our green-energy powered data center.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in a NOC, TAC, or critical data center.
• 6+ years hands-on experience in network, systems, or infrastructure operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, IT, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24/7/365 NOC team, manage incident response and RCA.
• Oversee monitoring of network, servers, BMS, and data center infra.
• Develop SOPs, runbooks, and ensure compliance with SLAs and safety.
• Coordinate with facilities and engineering teams to resolve issues.
