You will work with cross-functional teams on projects, capacity planning, and customer support, while supporting other Nscale sites as needed.

The role emphasizes technical depth, proactive problem-solving, and leadership in incident response and operational improvements, with opportunities for growth and equity participation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data centre experience.
• Server administration, virtualization, and networking expertise.
• Experience with Ansible, PowerShell, or Python for automation.
• Hands-on server experience in a tech organisation.
• Advanced technical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize data centre infrastructure.
• Monitor critical systems and respond to incidents.
• Design and implement automation scripts and tools.
• Collaborate on capacity planning and cross-functional projects.
• Travel to other data centres as needed.
• Support deployments and operational tasks across sites.
