Job summary

Maria 01 seeks an Operations Manager to lead strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across our Norway and Denmark in-field and warehouse operations. You will drive KPI dashboards, support fleet execution, and collaborate with 3PLs and central stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.

This role requires strong data-driven thinking and cross-border coordination. You will work closely with local teams to ensure city launches, improvements, and adherence to processes, while seeking

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations or strategy from consulting or a hyper-growth start-up environment.
• Fluent in English; Swedish or Norwegian language is a MUST.
• Strong analytical capability and proficiency in conducting analysis, identifying underlying drivers, and delivering actionable insights.
• Experience from leading projects and driving the implementation of improvements in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define & shape the strategy, performance metrics and dashboards for the in-field operations in Norway and Denmark.
• Drive strategic and data-driven decision-making to improve operational excellence and KPIs.
• Be the POC for 3PLs, managing the process and relationship from sourcing to contract negotiation.
• Support the Fleet & Site Managers on execution, and bridge central and local teams to drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with the Operations team in Norway and Denmark to spot improvement opportunities and maximise efficiency and revenue.
