Job summary

VOI is seeking an Operations Manager for Norway and Denmark to lead in-field and warehouse operations, driving strategy, execution and continuous improvement. You will partner with the Fleet team, 3PLs and central stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and city launches.

The role requires a structured, analytical problem-solver with 3–5 years in operations or strategy, fluent English, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

Structured and analytical problem-solver with ability to drive progress independently.
3–5 years of experience in operations or strategy from consulting or a hyper-growth startup.
Proven ability to lead projects and implement improvements with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Defining & shaping strategy, dashboards and performance metrics for in-field and warehouse ops in Norway and Denmark.
Drive data-driven decisions to improve KPIs such as backlog, repair cost and uptime.
Be the POC for 3PLs, manage contracts and collaboration with Fleet Managers.
Support Fleet & Site Managers and bridge central and local teams for process improvements.
Collaborate with Operations teams across Norway and Denmark to spot efficiency opportunities.
