Job summary

Indie Campers in Oslo is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across a cluster of depots and ensure high service standards. You will coach Depot Leaders, drive fleet performance, and ensure SOP compliance while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, managing P&L and costs, and collaborating with Central Ops, Finance, and HR. The role requires frequent travel (up to 50%) and relocation to Oslo as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on operational experience (rent-a-car, logistics, retail, hospitality).
• 3–5 years in team leadership roles managing multiple locations or high-volume depots.
• Proven ability to manage depot financials, including budgeting, cost control, and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Depot Leaders across multiple locations.
• Drive operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure SOP compliance and service consistency.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• Collaborate closely with Central Ops, Finance, and HR.
• Travel frequently (up to 50%) to support depot teams.
