Job summary
Baringa is seeking a Director to lead our Commodities & Energy Trading practice in Norway. You will drive growth, deepen client relationships and oversee complex transformation programmes across business, technology and operating models.
You will work with senior leaders across Europe to shape strategy in Norway, recruit and mentor consultants, and build a market-leading advisory presence in the Nordics while contributing to a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Qualifications
- Proven Business Development Capability: A track record of developing senior client relationships, generating revenue opportunities and contributing to sustained consulting business growth.
- Account Leadership: Experience developing strategic client accounts and generating sustainable consulting growth.
- Executive Stakeholder Leadership: Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and advising executive-level stakeholders on strategic challenges and transformation programmes.
- Consulting and Delivery Excellence: A strong record of leading large-scale transformation programmes and managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams within client-facing environments.
- Market Credibility: An established network and strong market credibility within the Norwegian and wider Nordic commodity and energy trading ecosystem.
- Team Leadership: Experience recruiting, mentoring and developing consulting talent while contributing to a high-performance culture.
