Qualifications
- We are looking for an established consulting leader with a strong track record of business development, executive stakeholder management and successful delivery within commodity and energy trading environments.
- You will likely bring a combination of consulting experience, industry expertise and commercial leadership gained within a leading consulting firm or a major commodity or energy trading organisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead client and market development: Build trusted relationships with senior executives across commodity and energy trading organisations, driving account growth and long-term partnerships.
- Drive strategic consulting engagements: Lead complex transformation programmes and advisory engagements, helping clients navigate business, technology and operating model change.
- Build and grow our Nordic practice: Drive the growth of Baringa's Commodities & Energy Trading business in Norway, contributing to market strategy, proposition development and business expansion.
- Develop our people: Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing consultants, helping to build the next generation of leaders.
