Helly Hansen seeks a Nordic Retail Manager to oversee the Nordic store fleet from our Oslo, Norway offices. You will lead retail operations, drive profitability, and shape store concepts with HR, marketing, and merchandising input.
The role reports to the European Retail Director and involves travel. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail management, preferably in sporting goods or outdoor apparel, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Nordic Retail Manager
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager overseeing our store fleet in the Nordic region. The position is based out of our offices in Oslo, Norway. We are looking for an experienced individual who likes to work hard AND play hard! The Retail manager is the Helly Hansen’s primary point of contact towards the stores located in the Nordic countries. They are responsible for understanding, influencing, and implementing all HR, P&L, Merchandising, Training, and Marketing decisions for their location in conjunction with rules and standards set forward by Helly Hansen central Retail Team.
The manager is expected to be an active contributor to the retail team. Helly Hansen aims to be a high performing, and respected retail organization in the outdoor and sports industry. The position reports to the European Retail Director.
