Outdoor designer you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing outdoor apparel for women and men.   • Product Design: Create and develop outdoor apparel with a focus on user experience, quality and bring our design vision to life. To take part in critique process for construction, function and sizing before handing over to our development team. Manage multiple design projects from concept to production, meeting deadlines and ensuring high standards of quality.
  • Innovation: Generate creative solutions to improve product functionality, including material selection, form factor, and sustainable practices.
  • Research & Trends: Stay updated on trends and competitor landscape, consumer needs, and advancements in outdoor product design, material science, and environmental impact.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Create sketches, working closely with our professionals and development teams to refine designs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as product management, development, marketing, and supply chain to bring concepts to market.
  • Sustainability: Integrate sustainable materials and processes into product designs that meet our ESG goals
